PLENASAL® Learning Management System
The Learning Management System hosts digital and online learning courses in a wide range of technical and functional areas linked to hospitals and healthcare provision in general. These courses are designed for:
- Hospital administrators
- Doctors and HoDs
- Nurse leaders and nurses
- Paramedics
- Patient-facing employees
The courses are made available to cohorts of employees through the purchase of timed licenses. A composite and dynamic picture of learning progress is made available to the hospital's administrative coordinator. The PLENASAL® LMS hosts six learning courses.

Nurturing Healing Environment
The EUDAEVIRON® course is designed for hospital leadership, administrators, HoDs and nursing leaders. The course trains participants to create therapeutically nurturing environments through the concept of "integrative care" and the synergy of wholeness, healing and caring. The content focuses on the five dimensions of a hospital environment (i.e., internal, "carative", curative, social and physical) and their nineteen components.

Patient Centricity
The PCORE® course trains administrators, senior leadership, clinicians and medics, and caregivers in the understanding and applications of "patient centricity". The content includes the six dimensions of patient centricity, critically important mindsets, a comprehensive range of patient centric interventions across the three microsystems of care, and the implications of these interventions on the hospital's people, processes and infrastructure.

Nursing Credo
The CREDO-N® course trains nurse leaders, nurses and paramedics in the nursing credo and its four components: identity and calling, nursing philosophy, skills and enablers. The content on philosophy includes holistic nursing, patient centricity and different caring models; content on skills include knowledge, relationships, quality and safety, and journey management; content on enablers include role towards self, towards colleagues and towards the organization.

Nursing Climate
The NURSPIRE® course is designed for nurse leaders, nurses, paramedics and administrators, and trains on the art of managing the collective nursing climate and the individual's emotional labour. The content emphasizes on three dimensions: the nurse's five-level hierarchy of needs; the seven dimensions of inputs into the nursing environment; and the impact on nurses in terms of emotional health, burnout levels and stickiness intent.

Direction & Goals
The CAREVAL® course trains hospital leadership, administrators, HoDs and senior functionaries to assess, remodel and even recreate the hospital's direction. The course includes content on the mission, vision and values statements of healthcare institutions; the level of integration with strategy; the quality assessment of hospital strategies along six dimensions; and the importance of participation, regularity and creativity in strategy development.

Sustainable Approaches
The EVOLVAST® course trains administrators, HoDs, medics, nurses, and finance and operations employees to design and implement sustainability programs. The course focuses on six dimensions: context (i.e., people, organization, external); goals (i.e., strategic, financial, organizational, people); design (i.e., fit-to-goal, fit-to-resources); execution (i.e., operations, training); program controls; and future fit (i.e., future context, adaptation).
